XL Events - Nissan Press Launch

This January, XL Events provided AV equipment for the press launch of the Nissan Micra and Nissan Juke at Pinewood Studios in Iver Heath. This event for production company Lodestar, had the brief of creating an urban street scene within the H stage of Pinewood Studios that resembled the look and feel of a TV shoot, along with a presentation area in keeping with a film set shoot.

For the H Stage, XL Events provided an Avolites Pearl LX desk, 6 x Mac 250's, 24 x 1k Par Cans and 8 x Fresnels, supplemented by TV Lighting props and 4 x Q7 D&B Speakers powered by 2 x D12 Amps, into a Soundcraft Mixing Desk for background music and announcements.

The H Stage Presentation area made use of a 61" plasma screen, 2 x L Acoustic 108 Full range speakers with 2 x L Acoustic SB15P230V Subs and Sennheiser radio kits.

The event allowed for the press to drop in throughout the launch, and offered the opportunity for a ride and drive experience for attendees.
